1. How do I order online?
- Add products to your order by selecting a product and quantity and click on add to cart.
- Your total order amount will show in your shopping cart, you can click on ‘view bag & continue shopping’ to view the items in your cart.
- When you click on check out simply log into your account (if you have one) or continue to check out as a guest and fill in your shipping and billing information and press submit order.
- After we process your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
- We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paytm, Amazon Pay, Freecharge, Kotak Pay, Itz Cash, UPI, Sodexo and all other payment options available on RazorPay. We also offer Cash on Delivery.

4. The product I want is ‘temporarily out of stock, will it be available again?
- We suggest you subscribe to our emails to ensure you are getting first-access to all new products, promotions and news. You can also register to get notified if an out of stock product comes back in stock.
5. Do you offer any gift certificates or promotional codes?
- If you haven't already signed up for our emails – please do! We will keep you informed about our latest launches, promotions and deals. We are always having promotions and deals to help you get the most value from your purchase.
6. Can I use more than one promo code at a time?
- Promotional codes are limited to one code per order. All promo codes are available for a limited time and cannot be used once expired. The Face Shop reserves the right to change or cancel offers and promotion codes at any time.
