1. Where do you ship?
- We currently ship across India
- Please check shipping availability by entering your pin-code during checkout
2. When will my order ship and how long will it take to arrive?
- After the order is confirmed, we dispatch your order within 1-2 working days.
- Once the order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking number along with estimated delivery date.
3. Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
- If you have made any error while placing your order or need to make any changes to your order, please email us at care@thefaceshop.in at the earliest. We will take all efforts to ensure that the correct order is delivered to you.
4. How do I check the status of an order?
- Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can easily track your package. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, please check your ‘junk’ folder.
- You can also go on our website thefaceshop.in and put in your order number to track your order.
- If you still didn’t receive an email with tracking information, please contact us on care@thefaceshop.in

6. How do I return my unused product?
- If the product you have received is damaged, expired or incorrect, please contact our customer service team at care@thefaceshop.in in order to start the return process.
7. How do I get a refund for my returned order?
- Once you have requested for a refund, our executive will arrange for a pickup of the returnable items. After checking the products & the issue, your refund will be processed within 7 -14 working days.
- Loyalty points earned for the order will get auto deducted in case of return or refund.
8. Can I return a product I did not purchase from TheFaceShop.in?
- As our policy, you can only return the products which you have purchased from thefaceshop.in.
9. Do you ship internationally?
- We currently ship in India only.
